At the moment I am employed at New Balance as a Designer on the Lifestyle Team. I am a very motivated person that is willing to learn new things to help improve my work as both an Illustrator and a Designer. I have worked for Two Global companies and have worked on projects for US, Canadian, and European markets.

Footwear Design: Concept sketching. Working with TPX pantones and materials. Using materials, fashion trends, and market research to develop and push designs for niche, regional, and international markets. Able to use Photoshop and Illustrator to create visual prototypes used for marketing and development purposes. Has created upper designs from sketch phase to completion.

Graphic Design: Constructing page layouts with images and type or type alone. Using innovative concepts to create fresh logo, package, stationary, and poster design.
Web Design: Basic Knowledge of HTML editing and able to use Dreamweaver to construct basic functional websites.

Computer: Illustrator CS5, Photoshop CS5, Dreamweaver MX, Indesign CS5, Acrobat, Word, Excel (Limited; can read and edit some files), and file management skills. Operating systems include OSX and Windows.

Web Design: Basic Knowledge of HTML editing and able to use Dreamweaver to construct basic functional websites.

Production: Knowledge of PMS, Pantone Textiles and four color along with paper specifications. Familiar with traditional mechanical and color separations(Print). Working with Developers on creating designs that will be functional and cost effective.

Illustration: Extensive skill with pen and ink, pencils, colored pencils, acrylic, collage, and marker. Ability to change styles to match impressionist, realistic and cartoon art. Well versed with charcoal, pastel, and computer coloring/ computer illustration.

Communication: Knowledge of speaking and communicating ideas to individuals and groups. Also able to work solo and complete delegated tasks. Works with development team to see projects through from start to finish. Works with Management to form ideas and projects for upcoming seasons and Limited Editions. Works with factories to answer question and give feedback on samples provided.
